"People are innocent until judged guilty."---George W. Bush, speaking at the UNITY conference (hat tip: Wonkette). He was referring to any popular assumption that Arab-Americans are involved in terrorism. I'm pretty sure I know what he meant (but you can never be sure). It doesn't help the cause that his administration is obstructing the due process that the Supreme Court just ruled detainees are entitled to.
