Lileks In A Pinch

I'm hard on James Lileks from time to time, but he certainly does have a way with one-liners. E.g., in describing the way that some on the left are more indignant about the Bush administration than violent theocratic repression in the Islamic world, and the efforts by those associated with the latter to harm Americans, Lileks writes:

Given the words to describe a hurricane, [they spend] them on denouncing a hair drier.

Exactly.
