As a rabid smoker I feel okay in disagreeing with you here finny. Call it the socialist within the prophet, but something tells me that smoking cigarettes is, as the judge here seems to say, fundamentally different than "speech". I'm all for smoker's rights and all, but I still want to quit, and think anything that might help me in that regard, despite my addict-objections, is probably a good thing. Another reason I guess that the seer remains firmly against libertarianism, despite his relentless hedonism.
